As an anniversary special, we are introducing the 2016 Vintage, a superior cuvée made of dry-aged fine flavour cocoa, which we have aged for a year in order to mature its aroma. It is a blend of 5 fine cocoa varieties from 4 different countries, and of course the legendary Criollo is part of the mix. Selected by Julia and Josef Zotter and transformed, bean to bar, as well as roasted using the innovative SNR method, into an extraordinary best-of-2016 chocolate with a classic 75% cocoa content. An anniversary wonder - best of organic, best of cocoa, best of Zotter.
